Lake Communities and PO-Box ZIPs We Cover
These are the addresses that address-matching software handles badly. A place with no ZIP of its own, or a ZIP that only serves post office boxes, is a place a national HVAC site cannot find — which is a fair part of why those sites name no roads at all. They are perfectly easy to drive to.

Lake LeAnn has the largest unincorporated population in the county
About 1,571 people, and no ZIP code of its own. Lake Diane is the same arrangement on a smaller scale, with its own community association. Neither shows up as a place in most service-area lists. Both are full of houses with heating systems in them.
Towns Just Outside Hillsdale County
These towns sit in Branch, Lenawee and Jackson counties. We list them because people here shop and work across those lines and because the school districts do not respect them either — Hudson Area Schools already serves three Hillsdale County townships. Be aware that crossing the line can change your utility and therefore your rebate.

Which Hillsdale is this?
This one is in Michigan, in the south-central part of the state, on the Ohio line. There are at least seven places called Hillsdale in the United States — in Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Indiana, Illinois and Tennessee, plus a neighbourhood in Portland, Oregon. Several of the other towns in this county have the same problem: Reading, Michigan has 1,095 people and Reading, Pennsylvania has about 95,000; there is a Jonesville in Indiana and a Litchfield in several states.
If you are looking for heating and cooling work in one of those other places, this is not the right site. If your ZIP starts 492 and your county is Hillsdale, it is.
Not sure whether you are in our area?
Tell us the town or township and we will tell you straight. If you are outside it, we would rather say so than take the drive and the deposit.
There is no phone number published on this site yet, so requests come in through this form — we reply by email or call you back on the number you give. That is also why the phone field is required rather than optional.
